Initial deposit can be transferred to another tour within the same calendar year up to 60 days after booking. New reservations must be made for the same traveler, otherwise, name change fees apply – see “Name Changes or Corrections” section for more details.

Please note: These exchangeable deposits are a one-time transfer and cannot be moved forward continually to other tours.  Once the exchange has taken place from an original tour to a new tour, there is no longer an exchangeable policy for that newly booked tour.  We recommend the purchase of travel insurance on ALL our tours as they are 100% non-refundable.
