• Upon arrival in Glasgow this morning, each passenger will proceed through UK Customs & Immigration and

then to the luggage area to collect your luggage. Your tour manager will meet in the baggage claim area after

you collect your own luggage. We make our way to our deluxe motorcoach, have all luggage loaded and make

our way to our first city centre hotel together, the 4-star voco Grand Central Glasgow by IHG hotel in Glasgow

City Centre. Located adjacent to Glasgow Central Station and steeped in 19th-century railway history, our

hotel offers unrivaled glamour combined with convenience.

• Please note: While an early check-in request has been made, hotel rooms are not guaranteed until 3:00p.m.

During this time, the surrounding area offers several convenient options. A short walk from the hotel brings

• Today we will meet our step-on guide for a 4-hour tour of Glasgow, giving us a well-rounded introduction to the city as we drive through its historic neighbourhoods and modern cultural areas. You will see many of Glasgow’s key highlights, from its grand Victorian buildings to its lively public squares. One of our stops will
be Glasgow Cathedral, an impressive medieval landmark that has stood for centuries. Just beside it is Provand’s Lordship, the oldest surviving house in Scotland. This guided tour offers a clear and engaging look at the history and character that define Glasgow.

• Explore the city this afternoon at your leisure.

• You will have time to freshen up before meeting the group for our delicious “Welcome Dinner” including a

glass of wine or beer. We will raise a toast to a wonderful journey ahead and the new friends joining us on

• Enjoy another Scottish hot buffet breakfast this morning (included) before we check out of our hotel. Please remember to cover any personal incidental charges prior to departing.

• Today we will make our way from Glasgow to Inverness, travelling into the heart of the Scottish Highlands. This drive offers some of the most dramatic scenery in the country, with misty mountains, sweeping glens, and mirror-like lochs unfolding as we head north.

We pass by the shores of Loch Lomond and through the rugged landscapes of the Trossachs, where the scenery becomes wilder and more striking with every mile. It is a truly memorable journey that showcases the Highlands at their most impressive.

• We expect a late afternoon arrival at our hotel, elegant 4-star The Kingsmills Hotel in Inverness, where we

will enjoy a two-night stay. Your tour manager will once again check the group in, have bags sent to your

Saturday, Sept 19 - Glasgow – Kingsmills Hotel, Inverness (B)

• After another Scottish hot buffet breakfast (included), we all meet our local guide to travel to the Scottish Highlands touring the area known for its mysterious folklore as well as its mountainous peaks!

• We will continue our day with a visit to Urquhart Castleon the shores of Loch Ness (entrance included), for some pictures overlooking the famed lake.

• Later this afternoon, join your tour manager and fellow travellers or an optional whisky tour. This tour offers a chance to learn how Scotland’s national drink is crafted, from pure spring water to the final spirit aging in oak barrels. You will take part in a guided tasting that highlights the rich flavours and character of Highland whisky. Do not miss this enjoyable way to immerse yourself in local culture and savour a true taste of Scotland (price TBA).

Location: Inverness – Kings Arms Hotel, Isle of Skye (B, D)

• Time for another Scottish breakfast (included). Be sure to cover any personal incidental hotel charges (ie

movie rental, phone calls) before leaving the hotel.

• Meet your tour manager and board the motor coach as we travel from Inverness to the Isle of Skye, ending

our day at the Kings Arms Hotel in Kyleakin.

• Today’s beautiful drive that takes us through classic Highland scenery, with wide glens, winding roads, and

mountain views along the way. We will stop for lunch en route (your expense) before continuing toward the

Skye Bridge, where the landscape becomes even more striking. As we arrive on the Isle of Skye, you will get

a first glimpse of the island’s rugged beauty and dramatic coastline. It is a day to sit back, enjoy the scenery,
