The German Christmas Market is a magical place that comes to life in the heart of Old Quebec a few weeks before Christmas. It is a market designed to recreate as closely as possible the atmosphere of the big European Christmas markets and to offer you a unique and unforgettable experience. Let Collins Tours take you there for what might possibly become your next festive tradition! Stay 3 nights at the 4.5-star Hôtel Manoir Victoria, breakfast each morning and enjoy two group dinners including a glass of wine or beer. We've included a professionally guided sightseeing tour of Old Quebec plus a visit to St. Anne de Beaupre and Montmorency Falls. Updated Deposit Policy
Your initial deposit may be transferred to another Collins Tours departure within the same calendar year, provided the request is made within 60 days of booking and before final payment. Deposits cannot be transferred once the final payment date has passed or for bookings made after the final payment deadline. A new reservation must be made, and a new deposit paid for the new tour for the same traveler. Exchangeable deposits are not available on River Cruises or Oceania products.
Please note that deposit transfers are a one-time courtesy. Once your deposit has been transferred to a new tour, the exchangeable deposit benefit no longer applies to that new booking.
All monies paid are 100% non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment, as Collins Tours is not responsible for illness, medical issues, unforeseen circumstances, or changes to your decision to travel.
Final payments must be received by the due date listed on your invoice, website, or tour documentation. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in automatic cancellation and loss of payments. Travel insurance is available through Manulife and is recommended for trip cancellation and out-of-province medical coverage. Please let our office know if you would like a quote.

• We will arrive at the 4-star Hotel Manoir Victoria
located inside the old wall city and in the heart of Old
Quebec. Your tour manager will handle your check-in,
have your bags sent to your room, and distribute your
room keys, all a part of our signature group tour check-
in service.
• Dinner is on your own this evening (price not
included). You may choose to stay at the hotel for
dinner, or you may choose to visit one of the many
establishments within walking distance of the hotel.
Location: Quebec City – Christmas Markets (B, Welcome Group D)
• After breakfast, we will welcome our local guide for a professionally guided sightseeing tour of
Quebec City seeing the Parliament, plus upper and lower Old Quebec. This tour is by motor coach
with some walking involved.
• Lunch and the remainder of the afternoon are on your own today (your expense).
• There are many vendors for the German Christmas Markets just a short walk away from your
hotel offering festive treats, and cafes that line the streets of Old Quebec. This is your chance to
fully explore the market stalls. (Please note: This is an outdoor market, and you should be
prepared to dress accordingly for the winter weather, including appropriate footwear).
• Meet your Tour Manager and fellow travellers this evening for our short drive together to our
Welcome Dinner at one of Collins Tours’ locally sourced restaurants! (included) Bon Appetite!
Enjoy your group dinner with a glass of wine or beer included with your premium meal dining
experience.
• Following dinner, the evening is at your leisure (your expense).

Art Boutique & Museum (included).
• Following our visit to the museum we will proceed to Saint Anne de

the street from your hotel (your expense).
• This afternoon we travel by motor coach to the main German Market
locations for your opportunity to shop at the festive wooden kiosks
filled with holiday treats and trinkets with vendors from Europe, and
from across Quebec. Let the festive and beautiful Old Quebec sights,
sounds and fragrances of this market take you away for a European
feeling and experience!
• This evening, meet your Tour Manager to enjoy another fantastic restaurant for our Group’s
Farewell Dinner. Sit back and relax as we toast to one another, enjoy the company of the new

Be sure to cover any personal hotel expenses (i.e., internet charges, movie rentals) at check out
this morning.
• Please have your luggage ready for pick up before meeting your Tour Manager for departure from
Quebec as we head home.
• We will be making rest stops and have an hour-long lunch stop along our route.
• Back to the Maritimes, we begin to bid farewell to our fellow travelers, returning all travelers
back at their original pick-up points.
