Updated Deposit Policy
Your initial deposit may be transferred to another Collins Tours departure within the same calendar year, provided the request is made within 60 days of booking and before final payment. Deposits cannot be transferred once the final payment date has passed or for bookings made after the final payment deadline. A new reservation must be made, and a new deposit paid for the new tour for the same traveler. Exchangeable deposits are not available on River Cruises or Oceania products.
Please note that deposit transfers are a one-time courtesy. Once your deposit has been transferred to a new tour, the exchangeable deposit benefit no longer applies to that new booking.
All monies paid are 100% non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment, as Collins Tours is not responsible for illness, medical issues, unforeseen circumstances, or changes to your decision to travel.
Final payments must be received by the due date listed on your invoice, website, or tour documentation. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in automatic cancellation and loss of payments.

• The drive today will include a coffee break as well as an hour lunch stop at a location that is convenient to
our route (See table above). Snacks and lunch are your expense.
• Our border crossings are preregistered, and you can expect minimal delays during our crossing.
• Please be sure to have your *VALID passport for entry into the U.S. Note: Please review the “important
details” of this itinerary, as far as policies and your responsibilities relating to entry into the United States.
• We expect to arrive in Portland early evening. For those interested in a little shopping, we will drop you off
at the Maine Mall before we check in at the hotel. The coach will meet you again at a designated time and
location your tour manager will advise you of for your short transfer to the hotel. Your bags will be waiting
in your room and your tour manager will have your room key ready.
• The coach, and any of you who prefer to relax at the hotel, will then continue to South Portland’s Courtyard
by Marriott Hotel. Your tour manager will check you in, hand out your room key and have your bag sent to

• Enjoy your complimentary hot continental breakfast in the
hotel. Your tour manager will handle group check out,
however, please be sure to cover any personal charges you
may have incurred during your stay. Next, we depart early for
New York City to ensure we maximize our time in “The Big
Apple”.
• A coffee break and hour lunch stop at the Blue Colony Diner
are scheduled along our route (your expense).
• Arrive at the Marriott Marquis Times Square Hotel, located in the heart of Manhattan, late afternoon. Our
signature group check in service is offered again today and we will have you relaxing in your room in no
time! Your tour manager will check everyone in at the hotel, hand out room keys and have bags delivered
to your room. Please note baggage handling may take up to 1 hour, but you do not need to be in your hotel
room.
• After some time to freshen up, board the coach for a night on Broadway. Meet your tour manager this
evening for your short transfer to the Gershwin Theatre where you will see a TBA hit musical show. After
the show has finished return transfers will be provided at no additional charge for those interested or enjoy
a 10 min walk to the hotel.

• Board the coach for our professionally guided morning tour of
NYC’s most notable attractions, including Grand Central Station,
Central Park, Rockefeller Plaza, and some more midtown Manhattan
notables.
• Following our tour, we make our way to Pier 80 to board the
Norwegian Bliss, where you will enjoy lunch on board (included).
Your tour manager will assist with your pier-side check in,
conveniently completed in advance by your Collins Tours staff.
• Please note: Your luggage will be delivered to your stateroom onboard
the ship as soon as possible. Not all cabins will be ready upon check-in and checking into your cabin will not
be guaranteed until after 3:00 pm.
• Be sure to head out on deck for the cast off and wave Bon Voyage as you sail down the Hudson River, passing
Lady Liberty, gliding under the Verrazano–Narrows Bridge and cruising out into the Atlantic!

take you to the Condado District filled with high-rise condos and

Caribbean Island is known for its white-sand beaches, lush
forests, and towering mahogany trees. Outdoor enthusiasts
can take on the 1,780-foot climb up Sage Mountain, the
highest peak in the Virgin Islands, where scenic trails offer
excellent birdwatching and a chance to spot colorful native
species. At the summit, breathtaking views stretch across
Tortola and the neighbouring islands, making it a perfect
destination for both adventure and relaxation.

readily available leaving and returning from the cruise ship.

bustling Front Street is lined with duty-free shops, boutiques, and
jewelers, while casinos, waterfront cafes, and historic forts highlight

• Today we are docked in St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands from 7:00am –
6:00pm

Tours shore excursion. The joyful locals shine as we will have an
unforgettable island tour. Meet your local, professional guide and vehicle to
be whisked away to the beautiful north side of the island, taking in the most
breathtaking view along the way up the mountainside, first at the Skyline
Drive scenic lookout, 900 ft. above sea level overlooking the city of Charlotte Amalie. Next, stop is at
Drake’s Seat; once a lookout for pirates watching passing ships in beautiful Magens Bay, the island of
Tortola and other surrounding islands. Further up the mountain we reach 1,500 ft. above sea level
overlooking the ease side of St Thomas towards the island of St John followed by scenic stops in the north-
western part of the island all while our local guide offers commentary to the significance of the places
visited. Next, take in the historical aspect of the tour at the Dutch Reform Church and shown the second
oldest Jewish Synagogue in the Western Hemisphere, both built in the 1700’s, See Hotel 1829, the 99
Steps, Blackbeard’s Castle, Statue of the Three Queens, and Fort Christian built in 1671 before a sampling

• This afternoon, meet your tour manager and fellow passengers for a final group dinner aboard the
Norwegian Bliss (Included), in the Tropicana Dining Room at 6:00PM.

• The ship arrives back in New York City this morning. After we are cleared to disembark, we will meet at a
designated location TBA on the ship and disembark as a group. Once on shore, identify your luggage and
proceed to our motorcoach before departing NYC.
• Lunch today is scheduled at a location convenient to our route (your expense) followed by a 20-minute rest
stop before arriving at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Augusta, Maine where your luggage will arrive in your
room as part of Collins Tours check in service.
• Tonight, dinner will be on your own. We have arranged a group setting at a restaurant nearby to have dinner
with fellow passengers. Spend the remainder of the evening at your leisure. Reminisce over the incredible
new memories you made during our exciting mid-winter journey through the islands of the Southern
Caribbean.
Location: Augusta, ME – Maritimes (B)
• Board the motor coach for our morning departure followed by a brief coffee break and 1-hour lunch stop
(your expense) along our route. Please use restroom prior to departing our stop as the restrooms at the
Duty-Free Store are very limited.
• We then report to Canadian Customs at our scheduled time. Once again, your tour manager will represent
the group at customs. NOTE: Duty free allowance for this trip is $800 per person. Please see your Canadian
Customs and Immigration forms (handed out by your tour manager on your return) for amounts of Alcohol
and Tobacco allowances.
• Time to bid farewell. Everyone will be returned to their initial pick-up locations.
