New reservations must be made, and a new deposit must be paid for the tour your exchangeable deposit is transferred too for the same traveler, otherwise, name change fees apply – see “Name Changes or Corrections” section for more details.

Please note: These exchangeable deposits are a one-time transfer and cannot be moved forward continually to other tours. Once the exchange has taken place from an original tour to a new tour, there is no longer an exchangeable policy for that newly booked tour.

Collins Tours has many supplier agreements to meet and is not responsible for clients’ misfortunes, sickness, illness, or changes in decisions to travel.
