Updated Deposit Policy
Your initial deposit may be transferred to another Collins Tours departure within the same calendar year, provided the request is made within 60 days of booking and before final payment. Deposits cannot be transferred once the final payment date has passed or for bookings made after the final payment deadline. A new reservation must be made, and a new deposit paid for the new tour for the same traveler. Exchangeable deposits are not available on River Cruises or Oceania products.
Please note that deposit transfers are a one-time courtesy. Once your deposit has been transferred to a new tour, the exchangeable deposit benefit no longer applies to that new booking.
All monies paid are 100% non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment, as Collins Tours is not responsible for illness, medical issues, unforeseen circumstances, or changes to your decision to travel.
Final payments must be received by the due date listed on your invoice, website, or tour documentation. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in automatic cancellation and loss of payments.

Location: Oahu - Pearl Harbor USS Arizona Memorial (B ,
• Enjoy your complimentary buffet breakfast this morning
before stepping aboard our coach as we head for the
Nu’uanu Pali lookout for a photo opportunity of this sacred
ground.
• Next, we visit Pearl Harbor and a self-guided tour of the USS
Arizona Memorial (subject to availability. If not, an
alternative such as USS Bowfin will be provided at Pearl
Harbor - price included). Experience with actual video
footage of the Pearl Harbour Invasion December 7, 1941.
This footage paints an evocative picture of the attack and
aftermath.
• Please note, there will be time for a light lunch or snack (not included) before returning to our hotel.
• We will arrive back at the hotel late afternoon leaving you with time to relax before our Collins Tours

Diamond Head Crater, a top tourist attraction and the best views of Waikiki! This morning, we will have
approximately 2 hours of time to enjoy Diamon Head before
boarding the NCL Pride of America.
• Time to embark on the second phase of this magical journey…
your Hawaiian Island Cruise aboard the NCL Pride of America.
• Your tour manager will provide you direction on where to check
in with the cruise line and have your luggage sent to your
stateroom (fee included).
• Please note cabins will not be ready until 3:00 pm or later and

- Kilauea Visitor's Center & Volcano - Educate yourself on the island’s amazing bird, insect, and plant
species along with facts and information from leading volcanologists. Overlook - Experience the
most spectacular view in Volcanoes National Park from high atop this 400-foot crater! Look into the
1959 vent that erupted to a height of 1,900 feet located
below the Pu‘u Pua‘i cinder cone.
- Lava Fields & Steam Vents: today stand over the
Kilauea Steam Vents to have a firsthand view of the
natural heat coming from these vents!
- Richardson's Black Sand Beach (*Time permitting) –
Stroll the only black sand beach in Hilo, and one of the
few on the island. See ancient Hawaiian fishponds and a

towering 4,000-foot emerald cliffs, hidden sea caves, and cascading waterfalls dropping straight into
the Pacific Ocean.
• Tonight, enjoy a Collins Tours group dinner in one of the ship’s dining rooms (included). Tonight, we
will also review our meeting times and procedure for disembarking the ship tomorrow.
