Welcome aboard Collins Tours’ annual Tulips, Niagara Falls & Thousand Islands Tour. This premium getaway offers an historical and cultural journey to Quebec and Ontario, featuring Ottawa’s 74th Annual Tulip Festival, welcoming spring to Canada and commemorating Canada’s assistance to the Dutch Royal Family during World War II. Our tour begins with a visit to Old Quebec for a 2-night stay at the Hôtel Manoir Victoria located in the heart of the historic, culturally vibrant and gastronomic activity of Old Quebec! While in Quebec City, you will be treated to a tour of Old Quebec as well as a visit to the majestic Ste. Anne-du-Beaupre Basilica (admission included)!

From Quebec City, we continue our adventure to Ottawa, our nation's capital, where the annual Tulip Festival awaits. We use the luxurious and conveniently located Delta by Marriott Downtown as our home-base for our 3-night stay in Ottawa. In addition to your free time, you will have an opportunity to join in on the festival fun.  Our stay also includes a leisurely boat ride on the Rideau Canal, and admission for a self-guided tour of the Canadian War Museum.

After our delightful stay in Ottawa, we make our way to Niagara Falls, Ontario for a 2-night stay at the Marriott Niagara Falls Fallsview & Spa where each of you will be situated in rooms overlooking the world Niagara Falls! We also have included a guided tour through beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake wine region, including a vineyard tour with wine tasting (lunch included).

Next, we arrive in Kingston, Ontario - Canada's first capital city for two nights at the Holiday Inn Kingston Waterfront. Relax and enjoy another historical city tour. The highlight of our stay in Kingston is an incredible cruise through the Thousand Islands! Enjoy an included lunch while onboard.

As we make our way home, we enjoy a stay at the new Hotel Universal in Riviere-du-Loup, Q.C. Enjoy a delicious dinner together as we raise a glass to what has certainly been a thrilling adventure through Quebec and Ontario!

Updated Deposit Policy: Initial deposit can be transferred to another tour within the same calendar year up to 60 days after booking.  New reservations must be made, and a new deposit must be paid for the tour your exchangeable deposit is transferred too for the same traveler, otherwise, name change fees apply – see “Name Changes or Corrections” section for more details. Please note: These exchangeable deposits are a one-time transfer and cannot be moved forward continually to other tours.  Once the exchange has taken place from an original tour to a new tour; there is no longer an exchangeable policy for that newly booked tour.

We recommend the purchase of travel insurance on ALL our tours as they are 100% non-refundable.  Collins Tours has many supplier agreements to meet and is not responsible for clients’ misfortunes, sickness, illness, or changes in decisions to travel. Deposits secure your travel arrangements on the tour you have chosen. Balances must be paid in full prior to the tour by designated date or risk of automatic cancellation with full loss of payments. To avoid disappointment, we ask for all payments to be met by initial timelines provided on invoices, website, or documentation from Collins Tours.
